1. Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)
Location: Multan

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in human resource management, public administration or any related field; Possess SHRM or CHRP certification is desirable. Experience the candidate should possess: A minimum of 10 years of HR experience and/or experience with a banking company.

2. HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP)
Location: Karachi
Role: The HR Business Partner assists the Senior HR Business Partner in providing sound HR solutions that align with the bank’s strategic goals. This entails overseeing human resource activities, employee relations, and Employee Relations performance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with SHRM or CHRP certification as an asset. At least 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field.
Skills: Leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making expertise.
Responsibilities: HR strategy implication, engaging employees, performance evaluation, and handling of grievances.
3. Manager – Talent Acquisition (OG-I / AVP)
Location: Karachi
Role: This position directly reporting to the Lead HR-Talent Acquisition that is to be involved in sourcing/hiring talent as well as improving the employer branding & the recruitment process.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree human resource or related field of study. A standard of at least 7 years of working experience in talent acquisition, preferably from the financial industry.
Skills: General administrative knowledge and experience, good work with Microsoft Office, knowledge of job boards, effective communication.
Responsibilities: This entails handling the recruitment process, onboarding, establishing recruitment procedures, and setting good candidate experience.
